Summary
This dashboard is a structured, interactive view of Pershing Square Holdings, Ltd. (PSH) as presented in its audited annual reports from 2014 through 2025. Every figure—annual net and gross returns, per-position performance attribution, NAV per public share, total assets, net assets, and shares outstanding—has been transcribed directly from the published reports.
The goal is to make the fund’s long-term track record easier to explore: compare PSH’s net return against the S&P 500 year by year, see how $100 invested at inception would have grown, identify which positions contributed or detracted from returns in any given year, and inspect cumulative and compound annual returns across any selected period.
The report years 2004–2013 reflect the track record of Pershing Square, L.P., the predecessor fund, as disclosed in the PSH annual reports for comparative purposes.
Data sources
The primary source for the underlying data is the official Pershing Square Holdings annual report archive, specifically the fact-sheet and report section.
Methodology & limitations
Returns
Net returns are after fees and expenses. Gross returns are before management and incentive fees. S&P 500 returns are total returns with dividends reinvested.
Attribution
Individual position contributions are shown at the security level as reported in the annual performance attribution tables. Positions below 50 basis points are typically excluded by the reports and therefore omitted here.
Balance sheet
Balance-sheet figures are taken from the statements of financial position at each December 31. NAV per public share is calculated using public shares outstanding.
